I have been dealing with chronic back pain for over 10 years, working with various physiotherapists that would get me through flare-ups but ultimately always ending up in the same spot, frustrated and in pain. Jason's approach is completely different. If you are looking to lay on a bed with a heat pad for half of your appointment, while checking in with your physio through curtains as they work on another patient, this is not the place for you! Jason will make you work hard. You might break a sweat.
