Hey there, my name is Lisa! I am a Physical Therapist and all around active individual. At a young age, I did many sports and activities, primarily gymnastics. After seeking help for a few injuries, I developed an appreciation for the profession and decided I wanted to become a physiotherapist so I could give back and help others. I went on to school and graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology, and a Masters of Science in Physical Therapy. My personal treatment style is a combination of manual therapy and exercise, and a lot of education. I believe that in order to be an active participant in your own recovery, you have to understand what you are doing and why. I am passionate about showing my patients that taking an active approach to rehab allows them to remain healthy so they can continue to do the things they love most.

I challenge myself to learn and grow to become a better therapist through travel, exploration and trying new activities. I continue further my skills by taking post graduate courses and networking with other healthcare professionals. I carry my passion for health, learning, and discovery into my work – I believe with the right combination of education, rehab and determination, everybody can achieve a healthy lifestyle and live their best life!
